Shipping Policy

We ship indoor gardening hardware across the European Union with full tracking, insurance and complete discretion. One simple flat rate, no surprises at checkout.

One flat shipping rate

• €6.90 flat rate on every order, anywhere in the EU — regardless of weight, size or number of items.
• Free shipping on all orders over €150.
• No oversize surcharges. No fuel fees. No handling fees.

100% discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain brown box with no Verdisgrow branding, logos, product names or category mentions on the exterior. The shipping label only shows the carrier's information and your delivery address. The sender is listed under a neutral fulfilment name.

Delivery times

• Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France: 1–3 business days
• Rest of EU: 3–5 business days
• Orders placed before 14:00 CET (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected by the carrier. You can follow your shipment all the way to your door.

Failed delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver, the parcel is held at the nearest pick-up point for 7 days. If unclaimed and returned to us, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Returns

Unopened, unused hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. All hardware carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
