Terms & Conditions

1. The Company

verdisgrow.com ("Verdisgrow", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Texas Star Novelties Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16385151. We sell indoor gardening hardware to private and professional customers across the United Kingdom and the European Union.

2. What we sell — and what we do not

Verdisgrow sells indoor gardening hardware only. Our catalogue is strictly limited to:

  • Grow tents and structural components
  • LED grow lights and drivers
  • Ventilation equipment (inline fans, carbon filters, ducting, clamps)
  • Pots, fabric pots and saucers
  • Inert and pre-fertilised substrates (soil, coco coir, perlite)
  • Mineral nutrients, additives and pH solutions
  • Measurement and timing accessories (pH/EC meters, timers, hygrometers, shears)

We do not sell — and have never sold — any kind of seed (cannabis, vegetable, herb, ornamental or otherwise), live plants, cuttings, clones, spores, or any organic plant or fungal material. Our products are equipment intended for legal indoor cultivation in the customer's jurisdiction.

3. Customer responsibility & legal use

It is the customer's sole responsibility to comply with the laws of their country and region regarding what may legally be grown indoors. By ordering from Verdisgrow you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the intended use of our hardware is lawful in your jurisdiction. Texas Star Novelties Limited accepts no responsibility for the use of the hardware after delivery.

4. Orders & contract formation

The display of products on the website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where chargeable. Shipping costs are added at checkout (see Shipping Policy). We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is captured at the moment of order. If payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, no contract is formed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.

7. Right of withdrawal / cancellation

Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, send a clear statement to support@verdisgrow.com. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The right of cancellation does not apply to sealed nutrient bottles or substrate bags that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

8. Warranty & statutory rights

All hardware carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects. For UK consumers, this is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For EU consumers, this is in addition to the statutory conformity guarantee. Consumables (carbon filters, pre-filters, nutrients, substrates) are excluded from the warranty. Warranty claims must be supported by the original order number.

9. Liability

Our liability for any direct damage is limited to the value of the hardware purchased. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of crops, electricity costs, or damage caused by improper installation. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All content on verdisgrow.com — including text, photography, layout, the Verdisgrow name and logo — is the property of Texas Star Novelties Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence as required by mandatory consumer-protection law. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the website at the moment you place it.
